The Government of Uttarakhand has recently released a notification inviting applicants for the post of a Pharmacist. The event is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are in the related sector or have pursued education in Pharmacy. The application process for this job is to done offline; through post mail. How to fill up and submit the application form?

On visiting the above mentioned links the candidates would be able to download the application form. The next step is to fill up the form with necessary information along with affixing a passport size photograph of the candidate in the form. Once the form has been filled, the next step is to mail it. The form also contains that address where the application needs to reach before 26/08/2016 with the applicable fee to be paid via draft.

Eligibility Criteria

Before the candidates make an application, it is mandatory to check with the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for this job is applicable in 3 different criteria. They are:

  1. Age Limit– The age of the candidate should be in between 18 -42 years. However, age relaxation as per the prevailing government rules will be applicable. Candidates belonging to reserved quota of SC/ ST and OBC will continue to get a relaxation of 5 years and 3 years respectively.
  2. Citizenship– The candidate should be a citizen of India, moreover, candidates from the region of Uttarakhand would be preferred as the job opening is in respect of a local demand.
  3. Education Qualification- The most important eligibility criteria is the educational qualification of the candidate. As per the requirement, the candidate should possess a diploma in Pharmacy or any other degree which is equivalent to the aforesaid.

Remuneration and Selection Process

Candidates who would be selected for the post would be offered a monthly remuneration of INR 12, 000.

The selection process would be based on the norms as followed by the respective authority. However, the chances of conducting a written test is very low and candidates would be interviewed for the selection.
