How to Fill SSC CHSL Application Form 2016?

The process to apply online has been made very easy for the candidates. Even if a candidate is not regular with computers, he can easily fill up the application form online for CHSL by following the given steps-

Step 1- Open the official website

The step towards making an online application is to visit the official site of the authority. In our case, it is A candidate can go to the internet browser and type this URL on the address bar and hit enter. The will be redirected a page where registrations are being made.

Step 2- Select ‘Part I Registration’

On entering the website, a candidate will see that the right hand side of the webpage contains a tab for Part – I Registration. Clicking on this link will begin the registration process.

Step 3- Enter your basic details

After clicking on the Part I Registration, the candidate will be redirected to a page where a form will be present. The candidate needs to fill up his basic information in the form and has to ensure that all information which is mentioned in the form is correct. Once the form has been filled correctly, he can click on the ‘I Agree’ button.

Step 4- Start with Part- II registration

On submitting the Part- I registration, a registration number is generated and is sent to the candidate’s given email address and mobile number. The candidate will use this number to begin his Part- 2 Registration. He needs to put the registration number as obtained and his date of birth and click on the ‘submit’ button.

Step 5- Upload scanned copies and make payment

As a candidate begins the Part- II registration, he is required to upload a scanned copy of his recent photograph and his signature. Along with that he also needs to make a payment of INR 100 for confirming his registration. An alternate to making online payment is taking a print out of the challan and paying the same in a nearby authorized bank.

Once the payment has been confirmed, the registration process of CHSL 2016 is complete and candidates can begin with their preparations.
