How to find whether cut off has been cleared in SBI PO exam 2016?

Suppose there are two candidates, namely, Candidate A and Candidate B. Candidate A has obtained 25, 27 and 5 in Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English, respectively. On the other hand, Candidate B has obtained 18, 20 and 20 in the above mentioned subjects. Now when the cut offs are declared, the score requirements are 15, 17 and 15, receptively, along with an overall cut off of 48 marks. In this case, Candidate B has managed to clear all the cut offs, whereas, Candidate A has cleared the overall cut off, but not the sectional cut off. Therefore, he has not been able to clear the preliminary level.
